President

I currently serve as President of our HOA. My wife, Yolanda, and I were the second family to build and move into the neighborhood in July 1993. Over the past 30+ years, we’ve had the privilege of watching the community grow and evolve with new families and improvements. It’s been special to witness the history and continued progress of our neighborhood.

Treasurer

I’ve been proud to call Woodlake Estates home since 2015 and currently serve as Treasurer for our HOA. I appreciate the peaceful feel of the neighborhood, from the beautiful homes and mature trees to the friendly neighbors who make it such a welcoming place to live. I enjoy helping manage the community’s finances to support a well-maintained neighborhood and strong property values.

SARA SWANSON

Vice President

I have served on the HOA board since 2022 and currently serve as Vice President, previously holding the role of Secretary. My family and I moved to the WLE neighborhood in 2015 from Albuquerque, NM. We enjoy the proximity to Grapevine Lake and the trails, but most of all the wonderful neighbors who make this community such a special place to live.

My husband, Eric, and I have proudly called Woodlake Estates home for the past 13 years, where we’ve raised our three children. What makes this neighborhood special to us is the strong sense of community and the trust and support shared among neighbors. It’s been a wonderful place for our family, and we value being part of such a welcoming community.
